The location was particularly good and fantastic near the main market of Fira, near a bus station. Everything was very good, nevertheless a few employees were very rude. A personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini bar were available in my king room.

All the staff were pleasant, very polite. They gave us a deluxe room with the basin outside the shower, a separate bedroom and jacuzzi. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was amazing and generous.

The hotel's position was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, just off the main attractions, restaurants and breathtaking views of the Caldera, the center, and an underground tunnel.
